It's really hard to speculate on that right now. The company has a lot of work to do to get all the info from the adequacy letter gathered and submitted. Many of the requests on the adequacy letter are opened ended - not really stating what kind of numbers are required; they make it a guessing game. There are lots of examples in the letter; from the weight of snow, to the safety factor required. Kind of like if I was to ask you to guess a number I was thinking of between 1 and 100. If the first guess is right, great. If not, I'll wait a couple weeks, tell you that you were wrong and ask for another guess.

The DRMS would probably like to delay this as long as possible; however, the tactics they are using is giving a lot of credence to the support letters questioning those tactics. It's easy to hide behind the smoke and mirrors of the huge paper jungle that is the DRMS, but the support letters that question the process add transparency - that will come into play if this goes to hearing.

Nobody wants this to go to hearing, not us, the company, the DRMS, or the board itself.

The company response to the adequacy letter is the next hurdle. That will be the time to base an opinion. I hope we get an approval on the 20th - but if this goes to hearing, we'll be ready.
