The death spirals are the result of panicking weak sellers, that are basing their decisions on speculations made by people like you. The financials are in order, and the dilution began in the beginning of the year to the tune of 250M max. IR can't dilute until 180 days after the file date. This leaves UCHC in an area that has either little or no dilution whatsoever as of right now, hence the reason for the PR yesterday. CMF is way positive during this spiral from the inception of the PR about IR, that means what? No dilution.
