They had a big auction for GOM drilling permits yesterday at the Superdome. It would appear activity will be picking up significantly.

The drop in the price of oil will not help......the lower the price of oil the less exploration, drilling, and the need for any companys related products. Deep well exploration and drilling is very expensive...and such adventures are directly reliant on much higher oil prices. Deep Down, along with having greedy management, supplies products to the OIL industry, and are therefore tied to the price of oil, like it or not.
