Yeppers, crude is below $80. But I don't know about the correlation with Deep Down's share price, Tech. Looking at Deep Down's price history vs. the price of crude, you have divergence, at least for the huge bump that occurred not long ago. When crude was on its way north of $150 Deep Down's share price was plummeting like a hapless parachutist trailing a flapping ribbon of nylon. The damn thing may go up if there are sufficient profits for the nonce and predictions for better days for the rest of the year.
