I don't see anything in that document but the assignment of the "daic gross recovery payment" for a slice of any payment from tmobile.

who is the patent assigned to now? is it legally a clyw property? wasn't daic supposed to assign the patent?

BTW, thank you for posting that document you had to pay for. So you are interpreting the fact that clyw has to pay daic from tmobile as proof positive that clyw owns 923?

According to your links, either (1) CLYW has not owned the patent since 2009, or (2) CLYW does own the patent but Daic got partial ownership per infringement filing last December, to be valid in the world outside of the U.S. Further, we still don't know if the Receiver will honor the Double Secret Probation Vaporware Settlement of August 2011 which has been redacted so we owners are prevented from learning what the Board of Schmucks did with our company.

Does anyone know what is really going on? Really; four months is long enough for the Receiver to have told us something.
