IMO--yes..

in following the "chain of custody" in the patent assignments noted here:

it appears to me that as of Assignment 5, the assignment of interest to Daic and Williamson (25%)(assignment 3) and the mortgage and security agreement to Daic/Williamson (assignment 4) was terminated--leaving Calypso as the patent owner...

subsequently, via assignment 6, Calypso assigned a security interest to Daic/Williamson which they then assigned to Kelly Stephens (assignment 7)...

and lastly, via assignment 8, Calypso assigned a partial interest to Daic/Williamson in the TMobile case...

soooooooooooooooo...IMO

Calypso owns the patent

Daic/Williamson had a security interest(as a creditor of some sort) which they assigned to Stephens

Daic/Williamson have a partial assignment in the TMobile case...

kinda hard without seeing the documents---and I may be completely FOS :-)
