My post yesterday for the current status.I contact otcmarkets and they say, the company still have to fill some report before they can change to current.
Yesterday evening that report was fill. From today otcmarkets starts for the process current SPQS TODAY IS DAY 1.and normally between day 3-5 we will be current.
