The article you reproduce was a paid pimp piece from October last year.

MILV is clearly a pump and dump scam, and that is obvious from such articles, which were published at the same time that the crooks behind MILV released a string of self-contradictory and implausible PRs.

Just look at the PRs in November alone shown here at this link, sometimes two a day, and go back and see how many have come to reality:

I think we all know that MILV had no real presence at either the Las Vegas or the Anaheim show, otherwise we would have seen photographic evidence and indeed there would have been a torrent of self-congratulatory PRs.
