I've been in an out a few time and now have 3/4 million shares I bought with some of the profit I made out of my trading. I did miss the big jump to penny but all in all it did work well for me anyhow.
Now let's see what comes next. I however must say that this management does worry me and I would not buy above 4 (unless something concrete would justify it). Anyhow, I do not gemerally play penny stocks nor am I a trader type of investor. I recently traded a little more than usual on fluctuating real stocks.
