re: Board appointees. Contrary to them being publicly announced by June 30, the way I read it, it's the Search Committee which is to make its recommendations to the Full Board by June 30.

The key date being the Company's Annual S/H Meeting, which would be the soonest that we'll likely hear specific names being considered for appointment to the Board.

I'm not sure it matters but in a very old interview that remains accessible on GeoInvesting, Solomon says that he plans spinoffs on the Maylaysian exchange. PE's may be as high there as HK, for all I know, but it makes some sense given Solomon's ethnicity.
