re: Board appointees. Contrary to them being publicly announced by June 30, the way I read it, it's the Search Committee which is to make its recommendations to the Full Board by June 30.

The nominees will be presented by the Search Committee to the Board of Directors, and if approved, the Board will formally nominate these Board candidates for shareholder approval and appointment at the Company’s next annual shareholder meeting."

The key date being the Company's Annual S/H Meeting, which would be the soonest that we'll likely hear specific names being considered for appointment to the Board.
