Fishers and the rest of the planet have had a year to come up with something for the court.... they went with the barrel idea and it was shot down....

so what now? is the judge actually going to entertain another 'stab in the dark' since they obviously have had that opportunity before?

ridiculous!!! The judge needs to finish it and move on... he'll still have his name in lights if that's what he wants...

sad really, just like fishers... boycott their museum too!

Seems ridiculous to me but what the heck do I know? Time to let the guy sell the emeralds to fund what else maybe found there? It does seem like our courts are made so people can drag things out till heck freezes over! I'm curious as to how many more darts they can throw to see if any of them stick??? Just isn't right in my opinion.
