This is dragging out for absolutely no reason, except the Fisher's must have friends in high places. Courts are like that.
It is time to close this altogether. Why? Lack of proof. Prove to me that the emeralds don't belong to Jay. If you can't, and they haven't, then the judge should man-up. There is the problem in America. The judge should either kill this or be removed. The Fishers should be shown the door, as well. They do a great injustice to their craft. Regardless of Jay's behavior, no one can prove they don't belong to him. We've been at this about a year as ORRV shareholders. The judge needs to sh...or get off the pot. America needs to sh... or get off the pot. We have become the country of obstructionists. We debate for the sake of debate, not logic. Does the judge control his court? I say clearly NO.

ORRV needs to get their $$$$ and back up their junk on their website. They too have been sitting idle. Those emeralds should already have potential buyers, and Jay should be looking to quickly get out of debt. The ultimate proof will be when he brings up more gems. More monies for Scott. And the Fishers can start acting like professionals and not try to take a perceived cut from everybody who dives near the keys.

It amazes me that the judge doesn't know how to end this, or clearly in my estimation doesn't want to. He loves to live the drama. He is connected to the great emerald story, and while NOT wanting payola, must clearly need something. What? A book deal? A spot on FOX? New robes? An ebony gavel? The Greta Van Susteren makeover. Yea, I'll go with that.
