Only thing I can think of is perhaps its when they want to announce Visser as the new CEO. Hmm, that is a good assumption.

I think that's a ridiculous assumption. Visser and Steipp came into the picture at approximately the same time. What makes you think Visser didn't handpick Steipp? Or, if Visser isn't really in charge here, what makes you think that whoever is didn't handpick Visser and Steipp? I think Visser and Steipp are a package deal.
