THAT imo is the only (I hope) explanation for the late shareholder letter. That is, they are working on some kind of deal and are waiting to put it out until that deal is wrapped up. IF that is the case, I give them a rain check.

Delayed? on June 12th they pr'd the acquisition of Brand E and mentioned they are "preparing a shareholder letter". Today is the 15th. They are hardly delayed.
