In the interview I thought I heard him say that the materials were imported from the Middle East. Then he mumbled the name of the country, I think, but I couldn't catch it.
Also, the locations are all on Sovereign Indian lands, where no regulations are required. He didn't mention which Indian tribe he supposedly has contracts with. Or give the locations, which I thought was going to be asked.
He did say that all regulatory hurdles were cleared throughout Canada. But I don't believe that.
If anyone can correct me, please do. Between Miller's mumbling and the cutouts from the audio feed, I may have gotten one of the above items wrong. But I don't think I did.
