Wait till it hits .0005. Then buy. Just spoke with the investor relations guy. There is no current operator. There is only a letter if intent with an unnamed operator who is inspecting the property and determining if it's worth thier time and money to get this field operating. If they turn it down then it ethier won't be productive enough to fix then pump. Or they determin there is actually no oil. Or wilmot totally screws up the deal.
