No one, (especially a public company), in their right mind pr's and builds up hype about a BIG shareholder letter immediately following the 8 K that will explain all and then doesn't come out with it as soon as the 8K is released. I mean that DOES NOT HAPPEN. Except with RTGV.
You wonder why the stock is still at .0026? That is one example of why. If they had gotten that letter out two days ago, unless the letter absolutely blew, I can promise you the stock would at least be higher than .0025 with no volume.
