I agree a nationwide sales force is not feasible right now obviously. However I do think getting a sales force of 3-5 people that sell just in the So Cal area would be a great idea. It is loaded with medical facilities and the cost could be kept down due to locality. Use that area as a test market, and if successful? Expand. If not, regroup. And if they were successful if would prove well worth it as it would show the company and stockholders real sales and real revenue.

I don't know of too many companies that are successful selling product without some kind of sales force.

Existing sales organizations incorporating the PHR would be one of many items any particular sales organization catalogs/brochures! That is why I was so disappointed to learn that MMRF's soiled image would never pass the smell test that reputable entitys would initiate!...You are talking about single sales entitys while I was talking about multi items with MMRF's PHR included in their sales brochures!..Thanks for info tho! Avon, costco, walmart, all large retail pharmacys, and as 3flight mentioned on perhaps a single/or more sales person exploring the path of selling the PHR program to entitys in the la area which I mentioned over a year ago would at least be an indicator to Bob Lorsch of furtherence if successful and then perhaps Bob Lorsch could put out a PR on the 4/5 contracts that a salesperson signed up today and his energetic hiring of more salespersons instead of the probably upcoming hockey game report which most here care less about!..JMO..Sid Schrage, Red Bluff, ca.
