The fact that they did not release the letter right after the 8K leads me to think that they are trying to finalize major plans so they can include these details in the letter. Whether they realize it or not they are increasing our expectations for great news, and an increase in PPS. I hope the letter lives up to the hype they've created!

nobody forced to them to put out a PR with such specific timeframe.
This is what happens every time.

If you bring out a plan, you need to have something in place to roll it out in SYNCH with what you promised.

Especially when it is all in your own hands as a company, like releasing a shareholder letter.

Just no excuses here.
It is not the first time, and unfortunately not even the second, third or fourth time it happens EXACTLY in this way.
