The end of the month is a very big deal, especially when you consider how this company blows through any and all time lines they project! I'm sure you are aware that should they not file the S4 by September 30th they then have to have the audits updated to include the September Qtr, as the S4 requires audited financials through the latest qtr. Thats a big deal with this company!

when applying to the sec. Are they a Boston outfit that you
knew in the past?

The company brought everyone up to speed at the SHM and VERY little if anything that was said has come to pass on their timeframes. Why should they even talk to us?
