Steh..everything is getting completed, the merger will happen, nothing can stop our forward progress...you are concerned because the stock is down, that is understood and we are working to make this company successful, I am fully confident that we will succeed, I believe we will have more evidence of that soon, I can only tell you to hang in there, the stock is too cheap. Lets secure the 1 for 1 and file the s-4, dont ask exactly when but I am shooting toward the end of the month, that is my own estimate, the timing on that is "small stuff" the fact that it gets done is "Big Stuff". At that point we will have a cc and bring everybody up to speed.
