Yeah - I tried to do a little research last night, but had to be somewhere. But I did see where the big guy was in two other penny companies - I didn't get real far, but one of them I saw that he was paid $0 dollars for a salary and instead issued him 250,000 shares. Well that might seem like a lot, but in a penny company, that's not a whole lot of money.
But I also saw that he had 20 years in with a large firm that dealt in marketing firms, etc.
So, while I haven't dug real deep, on a search, I couldn't find anything terrible. Let's face it, since most penny companies don't make it, I'd be very surprised to see he had a great track record with them - just like others out there.
But, I did get a note from Bollinger that sais for people to call their brokers and instruct them they are NOT to use your shares to cover short sales, etc...So, I'm thinking me and others wrote to them last night (and I did) and they are responding in that manner.
So, we will see...
