I would imagine he'd want to find a suitable candidate as soon as possible since it costs money to keep the filings up to date. Similar to how a house flipper has to maintain property costs until they find a buyer. Could get another clue by the end of June. I'm pretty top heavy on PLBI so far but may grab a few more here and there.
