Lol nice try again, the key here is not the affiliation but the 10% rule, and clearly 107M is above the 10% rule and restricted - thus 1% rule still apply. Stanton acquired his shares many years ago. I'm not sure how. But I don't recall seeing they were restricted.

If you scroll down all the SEC filings before Stanton took them dark, you won't see any Form 3s or 4s, so I doubt you'll see any now.
