#5157 RE: PennyWorld #5154

Penny, we seem to have a lot of people here who keep pushing the threat of a reverse split in spite of the denials from the company.

I really believe there's another possibility which might keep CTKH on the Pinks for awhile. That possibility is one that creates DisplayTek and gives us each shares in it at say one for every hundred. That would have DisplayTek entering the market with around 50 million shares outstanding, and perhaps 75 million shares authorized. Those sort of numbers with the right corporate structure could give DisplayTek a substantially bigger market cap than CTKH. If that occurred, we'd still probably be discussing CTKH, but a greater part of our attention would probably be drawn to DisplayTek which could possibly initially be listed on the Nasdaq if things really went well.

This is pure speculation on my part, but I know several people have asked Fayiz if DisplayTek was alive and he's indicated very positively that they were. To my knowledge Fayiz has never discussed how DisplayTek would be structured, but I think what I'm suggesting makes sense. A $5 price for DisplayTek represents a nickle in CTKH if it's achieved based on one share of DisplayTek for every hundred you hold in CTKH.

pennyworld: i've been ambivelent (sp) re getting certs, not to stop nss, but to force the issue of becoming reporting

this is the first time i think i've seen you come out this strongly in favor of forcing reporting (i may have missed it earlier if so)

based on your own candid assesment of the risk of r/s, the os, etc, though i am also long, i'm now leaning strongly to forcing the 300 certified shareholder threshold and seeing what happens

this is just to let you know there are probably many of us who read and wait, but may have reached the end of just waiting w/out substantial verifiable info from cetek

the market and economy are showing signs of topping and cracking, and now is not a good time to rely on guesses and whispers of possible directions of the company

thanks for your post an input

Pennyworld

I hope you had a good week.

Sorry to ruffle feathers but I am wide awake and know that I hold a sub-penny stock which is growing. I fully understand that ctkh has a 50% chance to grow into a small cap. I fully understand that ctkh will have either a r/s,r/m, or ipo spinoff. I would not suggest that ctkh buy back shares in their growth period.

I understand that until we can benchmark their finances, we are out of the knowledge loop. Most assume the unknown based on experiences. What I do know is that Ctkh NS were never covered when show law commenced. I had individual who works for major exchange (floor) traded some info and could only tell me that over 1 billion NS existed Ctkh. I have come to the conclusion that 1Billion+NS is not cause of the low share price. I fully understand that CEO does not want share price appreciation or does not give a damn.

Frankly, I am tired of the negative garbling, using negatives to prove nothing. I suggest that the frustrated proceed with complaint and try legal recourse to see the financials. I would suggest that you report ctkh to whoever will listen.

You told me what you are not! You sound like a politician who is looking for votes. I understand this is my Last call!!!
I suggest you take the next step and toss.

You have 50% chance of losing everything.

I have spent many years in business development and think ctkh is under-valued.

Go hug and kiss all the negative posters.

Please toss!
