Besides the payment due to the noteholder last month, there's the payment due for the claim. I also noticed on the 43-101 Technical Report, Zoro 1 Property, in section 4.2, that the claim under DALTON BRUCE DUPASQUIER expired on 2012/05/13.

With a quarterly report coming due in the next couple of weeks, I would hope at least that these items would be addressed.
