David, why are leaving a lot what I said out of your statements? How nice. What I said was I assumed (VERY WRONGLY obviously) that Brand E was worth at least a minimum of $1 M to $5 M or so. You conveinently leave that part of my valuation matrix out of what you say. I was saying that because any company worth anything and doing a fair amount if revs is going to command a premium from a company like RTGV that was worth next to nothing and is deep in debt. I mean I was giving credit to Brand E for actually being a viable good company worth millions. As soon as I found out they were being paid in preferred shares, what did I say? Or are you forgetting that too? I said well that too me tells me that Brand E does no revs and is worth next to nothing. Said that many times.
Little did I know that next to nothing meant only 10% of Rtgv! lol!!!!!! I mean RTGV is worth NOTHING, and Brand E only got 10% of that. Wow.
