No one has said that she didn't get a good deal for RTGV. I mean giving away $250 K in preferred shares is peanuts. All I am saying is this is a major major downer for all those who thought this was going to be some $50 M dollar deal. Or that RTGV would rocket straight to 25 cents upon the 8k release.
Right now, with Brand E being valued at $250,000, and with them having 10% of RTGV, that puts RTGV at a $2.5 market valuation ACCORDING TO THEM (not the market-you would think RTGV would price themselves high) which is about a share price of .0033. Or right where it has been trading for the past 4 months! I would love a .003 share price tomorrow morning to be honest. But people here have been going on and on, even you Dave, about how this is a HUGE multi million dollar deal. It wasn't even close. Not even in the same universe.
