Dave I don't care you spin it, and you are, but its right in the filings. They valued this deal at $250 K. END OF STORY. The market cap of RTGV has risen $1.6 M in the meantime. That is a $1.35 m DISCONNECT imo.

How can you value a company at many multi millions when the two companies involved in the deal just valued it at $250 K? I don't get it. If anything those companies should have valued their own company ABOVE market value.
