I'm fairly certain just you and I are the only two forum participants that understand this FACT.

Financers are converting IMDS's debt into equity (stock) at a 50% discount to the top bid of .0003

So actually, they have shares from .00015 and can either sell AT the bid for +100% or park higher and really stick it to shareholders.

Either way, they need VOLUME to do this, so all the positiveness here should help out

Well they will be out of their weak hands. If they were willing to hold and ask for more they could potentially make 1000% profit. It's their call.
