There is more than one MM with cheap paper on ask to sell. They are competing with one another before the momo is lost. I imagine they are more than happy with 100% on their loan to IMDS.

You have to remember, these are finance companies who mostly cater to broke stinky pinkies. This isn't their first rodeo. They know how to sell their millions of shares for maximum gains.
