People get hung up on the float with these pinks in order to daytrade. It really doesn't matter though if you're long because I've seen companies with the same share structure explode upon news. Before news hits in most cases. You want the lowest possible average when the fda gives biel the green light. Easy ten bagger. Some people on here are shorting and want the pps to take a dive.
