Ivory, everyone by now should fully understand from all my postings that the following is an incorrect statement:

2.) Embeda (same basic strategy as ELTP's ELI-216)

While both are an agonist/antagonist deterrent, there is a major difference in the manufacturing details that Embeda is a 1-bead technology and that ELI-216 is a 2-bead technology.
