I know that calling it the way it is isn't too popular with those in fantasy land.

My point, and I'm sure you didn't miss it, but chose the more professional tone for response, is that IDCC needs to communicate, especially if they want to communicate predictions of two new licensss when they have announced two in almost a year. It is kind of unbelievable that they could do two now and it would be quite welcome.

Laranger .. BTW, if they gave a week's notice that they we'ren't going to come through, that would certainly make things right with Wall Street, and we would have no worries.

I have not had much time to read the board, but ironically I did catch that most valuable insight by captainslog .. NOT. Frankly, I don't have a clue whether or not WS has zeroed in on Merritt's prediction as well as Fagan's confirmation of same to the extent this board has. But one thing I am certain of (as apparently are you) IF WS has focused on this prediction, a week's notice that IDCC is going to miss it will not save them in the least. Blows my mind that Captain, or anyone else, would think otherwise.
