There comes a time when some elders have to sell their property, cash out, and move on. We are hoping as a possibility. If one does not have the resources, #2 might, and with these type of assets, this is better than a lotto ticket IMO. :)
It looks like he is dumping, why would regular investors start selling at a PPS they could of sold at any day of the last month? PR then dump, don't they have a name for this procedure?
