Yes, it's LTI's if it's from WMI Liquidating trust (aka, escrow)

But since you in another note indicated you held everything, including Dimes -- it'd be helpful for you to figure out what distribution it was for (I suspect Dimes)

Or if possible, redact anything personal and upload your distribution letter...

But the Dimes as I remember had a convoluted distribution scheme into more than one class... and I think more than on election option. So not every Dime holder was treated the same, based on their personal elections.
