I honestly don't think its anything to worry about.

We all heard how excited Materion was on their last CC in regard to Liquidmetal.

My guess is that the MTA with Engel and Materion may infringe on certain NDAs with customers or partners (Apple for instance).

If it was something nefarious they would be at risk of a lawsuit down the road.
