Fwiw, I don't believe there has been any dilution here either. At least not with any shares which hit the open market. That's apart from approximately a 25mil share increase (324mil to 349mil) in the OS count over the past 6mos for, imo, getting a deal(s) done and such would, almost certainly, be restricted.
For the most part, companies that dilute do so during a pump of their issue, there's been none here, and while there's high volume. In this case, during high volume days (in excess of 10mil share), the sp rose appreciably, from the mid .001s to btwn .0038-0052. Which, in my mind, wouldn't have happened with profit taking and dilution.
