LQMT does not need additional shares.
VISSER's manufacturing operation is where all the heavy lifting is done.......capitalization.
I am pretty sure that Visser will establish his own R&D operation.
Just like Apple, Visser doesn't want to be subject to the same problems that AAPL would have been subject to had LQMT gone BK.
Visser has to look after his own interests which is to insure he has both purchase orders and the suitable technology for guaranteeing future revenue streams.
LQMT has absolutely no overhead other than the salaries being paid at Visser's sales agency in Rancho Santa Margarita.
This is why I say, move the RSM operation to Denver.
Visser can even give them free rent and parking places at any of several Visser properties in Denver.
This would also allow to rid the company of the OLD KANG GANG who won't want to make the move to Denver. They can get a job at IMG in Brea, CA, Kang's answer to the future for him and his cronies.
By the name change to Buchanan and Kang of his wife's clothing business, it is obvious that Otis has seen the writing on the wall and will be doing PR for her new line of clothing.
