Thanks. You put a lot of work into your post.One thing that you state I think is almost impossible.
After the rape of the APR who in their right mind would think of buying preffereds into this type of start up company. As for me I will never ever buy a preffered issus even if it is a AAA rated company. As you see they don't play fair.

I think you are right on point, it is just a matter of time. It is one thing if was just one lawyer on the other side, but equity had representation at the mediation and having "newco" shares a part of the settlement means a new company will be in the making.

Once we see the preferred's being utilized, then this stock will jump.
