If they do have to turn anything over, it will be intersting to see if it is just the balance sheet and earnings or even more. Everyone wants to see the debt but I am also interested in the latest revenues. Even though they are "winding down" the business, if revenues were up then that should be the basis of valuation. There is a fidicuary duty to value a company at its highest and best use.. whether that be the earnings from the business or the piecemeal sale of assets.
