Yes but it was not sent by him it was sent by another shareholder. I do not know if that shareholder did anything else after the 5 days.

I actually looked and found plenty of cases where the shareholder won after the 5 days and the company was forced not to only show the 'financials' but had to show a whole lot more.

Matter of fact, A shareholder used the same law on yahoo just several months ago to see information regarding the hiring of that ceo that had a mistake his paper work.
