I would actually expect it to be the flagship 300 mil with kick-in door and all the accessories. If they're going to show it off, I can't see why they would want to show off anything but the ultimate, top-of-the-line simulator. Accessories are high margin products, the more you can tack on the better it is. They could sell a $200k 300mil simulator to somebody, but if they can add on weapons, recharge station, cover rocks, borderless screens, plus all the software upgrades and extra hardware, that $200k could become $400k. That's double the profit on each sale.
