What is the date of this information?
I thought we had covered the fact that Raptor is not paying Agoracom?
If you look at the marketing section of their website you will see there has been nothing published since 2009.
They still have Stan as the President and CEO.
The million shares was to pay off Stan's initial commitment. There has simply been nothing paid to them since!!!!!
I am not sure of the point you are trying to make.
If you are truly concerned about this you could email either Agoracom ot Raptor to get the actual facts!

Lantis Laser To Suspend Investor Relations Program with AGORACOM

Please be advised that at the end of the month, Lantis Laser will be suspending its investor relations program with AGORACOM. At such time, AGORACOM will no longer be updating information on this IR hub such as posting press releases, updating broker fact sheets, conducting interviews etc.

This hub will also be reclassified as a "free" hub. As such, it will not be found in its usual place within the AGORACOM Small Cap Marketplace; however, if you scroll down within that section you will see a directory of all of the "free" hubs hosted by AGORACOM and you will find Lantis Laser within that directory. The discussion forum will still be active. Investors and other interested parties are welcome to use the free hub to communicate amongst themselves regarding the latest developments with Lantis Laser.

We appreciate everyone's contribution to this investor relations hub and we hope to bring Lantis Laser back to full hub status in the future.
