The company compensated Agoracon more than a million shares and signed 2 one year contracts to compensate Agoracom $6000 per month for "services".

According to Agoracon, "Lantis Laser Inc has agreed to pay AGORACOM Investor Relations $6,000 US per month plus options for a 12 month contract."

I don't know why they would lie about that.
