Look at the History of SRGE on the SHO reports.

Immaterial and Insignificant Net Shorts on every reporting date.

The Daily Gross Short report is misleading because it does NOT report Covers.
Phone FINRA and the SEC. They are more than willing to explain the many shortfalls in the Daily Short Report.
