If you mean an OTC listing, if it ever occurs, it would be just an exposé of whichever crooked auditor was used (La Posta of Montreal would be my bet - it's one of Amyot's favorites.

I wouldn't hold your breath, however - even for just an OTC listing they will have to disclose the O/S, and Raymond T Brown has gagged the TA after doubling the A/S for a reason.

Dilution, of course.
