Art, I'll tell you what AT told me the day of the suspension. "Even though normal trade settlement is 3 days, we don't consider any trade completely settled until the DTC allows clearance."

Art - "yes most who bought 4 trading days before the Suspension should have had their trades theoretically "settle", but given the fact that these shares, are being proven invalid, have these transactions really actually settled? hmmm... lets see what the DTC says."

They way I look at this is.. if the SEC/DTC etc decree that "all" BCIT 2004 transactions are invalid.. then they need trace and tie out all buys/ sells of BCIT in 2004, then trace / tie out securities purchased on profit from BCIT shares..and deeper on & on & on.. no matter how deep.

IMO, this is highly improbable.
