They have definately not hit the ground running, there have been a few short messages, working on designs, L.Fix saying it is coming and will be big. Just nothing anyone can sink their teeth into at this time.
You are correct, title does not mean the job will get done, I just wonder whos' job it is to sell the DV?
I do not think that nothing is going on for a second, we just have not seen it yet, hopefully sooner than later.
